How we handle your order, your details and your money, in language a person can read.
Orders are confirmed with payment. While this preview is being developed into the full store, many orders are arranged on WhatsApp: we confirm the items, the personalisation, the delivery fee and the total before asking for payment. Nothing ships before you have seen and approved the full amount.
Baby Butter is a reseller. Jellycat, Itzy Ritzy, California Baby, Cloversoft and Glitter and Spice products we sell are genuine items made by those brands. Baby Butter labelled products are our own. Personalisation such as name embroidery is done by us, on the genuine product.
For embroidered and printed items, we confirm the name spelling, font and placement with you before work starts. Once you approve and work begins, changes are usually not possible, so check the spelling twice. We will too.
We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, contact details, delivery address and the personalisation details you give us. We use them to fulfil your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent. Ask us on WhatsApp or email if you would like your order details corrected or deleted, and we will handle it under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
All prices are in Singapore dollars. Occasionally an item sells out before the site catches up; if that happens after you order, we will offer an alternative or a full refund for that item, your choice.
